  • 1-5 guests, Standard Reservation.
    6-20 guests, large party reservations will require a credit card hold. Your credit card will not be charged but is required to hold your reservation.
    21-60 guests, private dining reservations in our Culinary Studio.
  • For larger parties, we offer private dining options in our Culinary Studio for parties of 21-60 guests. In the Culinary Studio we offer a Celebrations dining menu.

    Celebration menu prices: $50 for adults and $20 for kids. In consideration of other guests, reservation time is limited to 90 minutes.

  • The Great Tree will be lit from Saturday, November 2nd, 2024- Sunday, January 12th, 2025.
  • In consideration of other guests, reservation time is limited to 90 minutes.
  • The Walnut Room will be offering our traditional holiday favorites like Mrs. Hering’s chicken pot pie and more on our A la Carte menu this year.

  • A limited number of high-top seating will be available at the Wine Bar for walk-ins with a full menu available. Please see the host for availability.
    *All ages are welcome at the Wine Bar; however, we are unable to accommodate highchairs or strollers.

  • We are unable to guarantee table assignments at any time. The Walnut Room layout allows our restaurant guests the opportunity to take a photo at the Great Tree this holiday season.
  • Yes! We will serve breakfast buffets at the following dates and times:

  • Yes! Fairy Princesses will be visiting The Walnut Room every day from Saturday, November 2, 2024- Sunday, January 12, 2025.
  • Join us on the 7th floor at The Walnut Room. For your convenience, take the express elevators near Randolph and State located in the handbag department. Upon arriving at the restaurant, look for the reservation check-in sign.
  • Present your reservation confirmation at the reservation check-in station.
    *The confirmation is the text or email you received from Open Table.

  • We recommend your party arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your reservation time for seating.

  • Reservations will be canceled if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time.

  • We will not be using a waitlist or pagers.
    We will be accepting reservations via Open Table.
    Walk-in reservations may be available if reservations are not full or if there are cancellations. We recommend you check Open Table for open availability.

  • Only guests with reservations at The Walnut Room will be permitted in the restaurant.

  • There will be a selfie spot located outside of the restaurant with a view of the tree and a wonderful photo opportunity.
  • Yes! We will have our commemorative mugs available with our kids’ meals and available for purchase for $5 plus tax while supplies last.
  • We are committed to meeting special dietary needs and restrictions whenever possible. Our menu includes information about items that can be prepared gluten-free or vegetarian/vegan. Please notify your server of your dietary needs when you arrive.
